Assignment

Intellectual property like any asset can be transferred from one owner to another. Such transfers can take place in the form of an assignment.
Trademark assignment, for example, is a process by which the trademark owner transfers right of the trademark to another entity.

Documents Required
An Assignment Certificate which shall mandatorily mention the effective date; the full name and address of the assignor (transferor) and assignee (the subsequent transferee), along with their original signatures; and with the details of trademarks to be assigned.
